Located in South Carolina, Merrill Gardens at Greenville was led by the Piedmont Opportunity Zone Fund and represents $53.2 million in urban senior residential investments. Mr. Hall also oversaw the 2022 completion of the Preserve at Ridgeville development through the Piedmont Apartment Fund.
